My 3 Favourite Fruit Smoothies

Smoothies are life. 
Quick, tasty, nutritious, meal-in-a-glass. #win
Here's my fave fruity smoothies and all the goodies I pack them with:

  1. BANANA BOOST

What you'll need:

  • 1 large frozen banana (keeps it icy delicious - I pre-freeze a whole bunch in individual sandwich bags. The easiest meal prep ever!!)
  • 2 scoops of Arbonne Vanilla Protein powder (vegan, gluten and dairy free...and the yummiest protein I've ever used)
  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Greens Balance (a jam packed phytonutrient rainbow of fruit and vegetable superfood concentrates)
  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Fibre Boost (vegan fruti and veggie fibres for optimal digestion - go easy to start, too much is too much!)
  • 1 teaspoon of Superfeast's Mason Mushrooms powder (you can work up to bigger scoops but 1 teaspoon tastes fine in this mix)
  • 1 shake of cinnamon (high source of antioxidants and good for so much, just ask Dr Axe)
  • 1 tablespoon of crushed or soaked chia seeds (plant-based omega 3 with loads of health benefits)
  • 2 cups of almond milk (or whatever milk/ milk substitute you like - I like almond milk in this one for the true smoothie creaminess)

And then..?
BLEND till smooth
POUR
ENJOY

 

2. BERRY BOMB BOMB

What you'll need:

  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries
  • 2 scoops of Arbonne Chocolate Meal Replacement Shake
  • 1/2 scoop of Arbonne Greens Balance
  • 1 teaspoon of good quality honey or bee pollen (manuka honey is the bomb and bee pollen is a honey alternative with all the benefits)
  • 1 scoop of good quality probiotics (I'm currently using PONO probiotics which contains manuka honey - love a 2-in-1!)
  • almond milk or alternative to cover (about 2 cups)

And then...?
BLEND till smooth
POUR
ENJOY

3. PINEAPPLE PUNCH SMOOTHIE

What you'll need:

  • 1 scoops Arbonne Essentials Vanilla Protein Shake Mix
  • 1 scoop of Arbonne Daily Protein Boost (super clean, 3 ingredient protein - pea protein, rice protein and cranberry protein - also perfect in your after workout drink)
  • 1/2 scoop Arbonne Essentials Daily Fiber Boost
  • 1 scoop Arbonne Greens Balance
  • 1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen - I frozen in my local supermarket just because it's super quick)
  • 250mls water or coconut water (I use whatever is on special tbh...that stuff is expensive!)
  • handful of ice

And then..?
BLEND till smooth
POUR
ENJOY
